Actually, these kinds of marriage is very common in Egypt and Northern Sudan, and other countries in the surrounding area.I think this kind of marriages goes back to our ancient Pharaonic heritage, as well which i don't approve of what is termed Pharaonic circumcision (or in the west Female circumcision) in Northern Sudan and Egypt, again these practices goes back to our pharaonic past in the nile valley region. Ancient Egypt which includes today Northern Sudan as well.
