Except the authorities don't want to carry out proper investigation, that's all. Records are there. Specific platoons, commands and troops were deployed. They are still alive and can be interrogated. Receipts and accounts can be traced, someone would have left paper trails. Check account transactions of fellows involved in past three years till date, with magnifying glass on that period. Names of opposition chiefs allegedly kidnapped are there, interrogate them, etc
