That is the problem we have in this country. Always after personal interest and damning the national growth. Until we realise that the fight against corruption knows no ethnicity, religion, political affiliation and all that, corruption will keep thriving, eating deep into the fabric of our nation.

If you ask me, I think, we are the architect of our own misfortunes. Always tolerating corruption and even hailing some corrupt officials.

The truth is, if you see what these politicians go through supporting the mandate of an aspirant you will pity them. In my own opinion, I think Fayose should have just stuck to the plan and a gentleman agreement he had with Dr. Aluko in making him the SGF or so. Any betrayed person would even do worse than what Dr. Aluko did. For reference sake, you all remembered when former Osuin state gov, oyinlola was ousted out from his rightful office of the PDP national sec, he intentionally worked against pdp and supported aregbesola. His bitterness against a party he worked for severally supersedes the one he has against the party(APC) that evicted him out of the state office back then. Politics my people is life and death.
