With the state of the economy, more job cuts are imminent; its not about Indians. I hope you understand what I mean.
When economic hard times come, job cuts, salary cuts, belt-tightening measures are cards that are always on the table.
Being sentimental about it will only run your company aground and the job cuts then will be total.
