It depends on the campaign you are employed for.
Basic as agent is 40k though it has been reviewed recently.
If you pass test then you will move to interview and a test to call.
8days training and test during the training to ascertain your competency and if you will be employed.

Attach it the same way you attach your CV. Just write a doc document on a specific field you always apply for and adjust it for different companies.
