Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Job functions includ but not limited to:
Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the front office to ensure adherence to standard
Oversees and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guest.
Keep effective key control and participates in matters relating to customer room security
Requirements
Minimum of 5years working experience in Hospitality especially front desk.
Advanced knowledge in OPERA.
