But how can card reader not accredit over 150,000 people in those 3 LGAs that made them vote manually as they claim? And why is it only in those 3 LGAs? Let's be realistic pls, i need answers.

The SUpreme Court has been consistent in its rulings that the Card reader is not known to law only the voters register is.. so this cross appeal was what most were banking on ..now that it has been struck out... Olanipekun is going to win this

This bigchief is a PDP supporter. Always speculating for little things.

The cross Appeal has no effect on Otti. Its jst a back up. if its struck out or not Otti will still carry the day.

The panel of judges gone for a short break to decide on judgement.

The panel of judges to reconvene in 30mins time to deliver all judgements.

RUBBISH! Arrant RUBBISH.
The cross appeal means nothing!
The Supreme wil judge diz case base on INEC Voters registration database statistics which PDP Flopped! because Dat 3 local govt forged result did not correspond with the voters registration database.
Its Overvoting and APPEAL COURT based dia judgement on that.
Supreme Court will UPHOLD the appeal court judgement.
Tick it anywhere.

The clowns attacking bigchief sef.... I am an Otti supporter and i'm telling that the cross appeal was the joker.... The court of Appeal nullified Ikpeazu's election based on card reader evidence but that cross appeal contained an argument against the same Court of Appeal judgment that the Returning Officer had no right to cancel the elections.....The supreme COURT DOESNT RECOGNISE THE CARD READER it is that simple....I hope their conscience will make them give Otti this much needed victory or else Abians especially Aba residents will not come out and vote again in a very long time..

While we are waiting for the Court to resume and deliver the Judgments, Omo, the tension in the jam-packed Court Hall is now so palpable that you could cut it with a knife. Suddenly many people, men & women alike, Lawyers and laymen are heading to the conveniences; their bladder has failed them.......... grin
