u need to stop using ur sponge already..
it must be #200 sponge from aboki man..

if u cant afford to travel out, go to shoprite or Mr health, they would give you a better sponge better suited to ur body..


and, you need to stop scratching your body with sponge like you scratch recharge card..


if you have a blood disease or a skin disorder,that might also be responsible..
