I said it here,that the supreme Court tried to justify their clearly fraudulent ruling by convenienting choosing a technicality that suited its aim.
But u cannot seperate justice from the law as Sagay said.
Where justice is not served,anarchy reigns and that's what these crop of sc judges did in Rivers.

This SC Judges are a disgrace to the concept of society, the santity of life and the principle of fairness. To say they are corrupt is an understatement. But then, how much can any serious minded individual expect from a group of judges appointed by GEJ. Except PMB can find some direction for his administration and thereafter find ways of constitutionally replacing them, Nigeria will continue in this path until some time into the future.
I believe the same judges are waiting patiently to receive the case files of Col Dasuki, Olisa Metuh and others...... so that they can set them free.
With these SC judges in office, Buhari is fighting a lost battle against corruption....... especially since they have Saraki in the Senate to help frustrate PMB in the area of enacting required laws.

(2)That APC cud not prove there was violence.

Yes there was violence in river and akwa ibom...so it was left for apc legal team to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that there was no election or the election was marred by violence....

To do that,you need to produce a witness from each polling unit to substantiate ur claim...and we are talking about more than 5000 polling units in rivers state....Unfortunately,apc presented only 50 witnesses of which less than 5 was any where near any of the polling units....Wat do u expect the judges to do...?

....so the blame sud go to apc legal team who failed to produce any substantive evidence to back their claim...The job of the judges is to access the evidence brought before them and make their judgement based on it...not hear-says or sentimental mumbo-jumbo....

The EFCC legal department must prove beyond reasonable doubt that the defendant committed that crime....
