I barely lose my temper and when i do I'll just walk away and plan your downfall

this reminds me of a colleague who was mildly provoked yet his anger was a blazing fire that day. He picked up a knife (only God knows where he got it) and almost cut off the head of his offender if not for timely intervention of other colleagues.

Anger is satanic mehn.

I was happy i had already gone out for lunch before it happened.

Maintain a steady voice and talk at normal pace,I like that point so much,if u can be known for this,people will respect u,but make sure u are firm with your points though,nice post overall
