Hi Nairalanders, In the spirit of festivity planted by the Minister of Information, please, in which local government area is today's culture festival holding?  The Minister promised 1 festival a day this year. Please if it's in your LGA, kindly share pictures  If the festivals haven't started for whatever reason, when will they start? And will they run into 2017 too? Let's stay informed, please. Lalasticlala, please drive this car to the promised land |
