Wow! Thanks for the update Audrey and sorry about your eye. I was almost in same situation with you because most of my work is done using a computer. In my own case, the eyes will even get very watery and the migraine was terrible. The doctor had to prescribe a special set of glasses that protects my eyes from the rays of computer and phone screens. Since then, my eyes have been fine.
If you need to rest your eyes pls do, health first!
