JESS Delivery Express is a response to the delivery gaps in the ecommerce value chain due to the unique idiosyncrasies of the Nigerian market. It is an offshoot of Jomax Ecommerce Support Service (JESS), set up to provide support to importers and ecommerce practitioners across the ecommerce value chain.

The goal of JESS Delivery Express is to provide a flexible, dynamic and responsive delivery service that meets the needs of stakeholders requiring fast and high success rate delivery services.

We provide both ‘Pay before Delivery (Pre-paid)’ and ‘Pay on Delivery’ services from our Lagos and Benin offices to over 30 locations and counting across Nigeria. Currently, home/office delivery is available for only Lagos, Benin, Port-Harcourt and Abuja. Buyer/recipient will have to pick up from designated address for all other locations. Free Pickup Service is applicable for Lagos merchants.
