BizBooks: thanx a lot, this naija dealers are criminals, i specifically asked him if it was accidented and he said no, he also dint want me to take pic of the odometer reading saying "no need, we do not like emphasizing on the mileage". its reading 23,580 when last reported odometer was 74,184.  he rolled the odometer back.
