What this strategic alliance holds for the future is quite predictable as they share common contiguous borders with cultural similarities. Southern Cameroon having a vast jungle.

They were part of Eastern Nigeria under the National citizens of Nigeria and Cameroon. There capital city was Enugu until 1961 when they sought referendum and voted to join De la Republique du Cameroun. And only to be treated like animals. Their region left undeveloped since 1961.

This is all true. A lot of Nigerians don't know that there was once a referendum in Nigeria in the 60's where the British Cameroons voted wether to be part of Nigeria or not. Northern British Cameroons voted to be part of Nigeria and is present day Adamawa and parts of Taraba while British southern Cameroons voted to join Republic of Cameroon. Many Nigerians don't know their history
