They can give him bail and he will happily jump it. It happened last year and was reported that a Judge released and not bail to a notorious murderer because of lack of evidence. The consequence was so tragic because not less than 6 innocent people were killed within 5 months after his release. When he was later re arrested, the trial judge was contemplating of giving him bail or securing his release because many were afraid of been a witness and become a victim afterward but the testimony of a young girl who was a witness saved the day

.Under no circumstances should so called "Accidental Discharge" be supported if not that we live and run things like animals in Nigeria. Wonder the business of the courts if they be summarily killed when they have been apprehended. It is such hastiness that leaved to killing of innocent accused persons.
