Anyway, my opinion is that it's kinda the fault of the other party. Because if you don't take care of your partner or don't show the relevant love to your partner then he or she might find love elsewhere. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying people should cheat but just answering your question. Like I said it's rhetoric.

Also cheating might be caused by perversion and perversion is caused by lack of intimacy and starvation of sex. So it all boils down to the second person not even d offending party.
