1) senate should pass a law illegalizing marauding/roaming with cattles. infact it should attract capital purnishment. it is a serious problem that needs a serious solution. fulanis should graze in cattle ranch together with their cattles under a fenced and monitored environment where they are to pay tax to their state govt per grass. cattle ranch should be adjacent to an army barrack

2) all communities whose men are killed by Fulani's should do boundary demarcation for a permanent solution. fence off every Fulani or cattle entry points especially the forests with electric wire. it should be double fencing of about 60 feet's apart. in between the fences, there should be a deep pit drilled. the pit should be 8 feet deep such that Fulani cattles that fall in cannot come out. it surprises me that the Benue govt and even self Mr David mark has never thought about this! its a justifiable state government project

3) the last, but the best option is to embark on a senseless self defence. kill any one who stands near a cow or sells cow meat in idoma. the civilian JTF in Maiduguri were more helpful in protecting it. they were the once who gave the military information about bokoharam. they got better intelligence than the overated Nigerian army that are helpless in the face of endless idoma killing. the Fulanis are animals of the stone age, it will only take a medieval period brutality to stop them
