I think this thanks is too small to raise 1,500 fishes, unless you'll be transferring them to a bigger pond after a month or two

I hope the Op won't be angry if contribute, the price of tarpuline ponds depend on size. The most expensive thing is the galvanised pipe. I have don 10ft by 5ft by3ft fo around the same price the op stated.

There is none, but the idea behind the tarpuline ponds is b'cos the cost of setting up and mobility, as compared to concrete ponds which a expensive and cannot b moved if need be.
