In other news, Ekiti slowpokes protest at UK, US embassies.
If dem like make dem go Afganistan embassy.
Where was democracy when Fayose prevented opposition lawmakers from gaining access to the house of assembly then?
I remember commuters were even forced to take other routes to their destinations as some roads were barricaded.
Let the jobless slowpokes take protest to wherever.
The law must take its course!

When was Ekiti State annexed to the USA and UK for them to have gone to the embassies to protest?

Are they protesting at those embassies so that USA and UK can do what: order DSS out of Ekiti State or issue executive order on one of their "states" that has been over-ran by DSS?

A times I wonder how our politicians thinks, anyway what am I saying I could see how their followers reason on NL on daily basis.
lets stop all the hypocrisy, didn't APC and buhari approach US through Obama to help them fight PDP and Jonathan days before Presidential election? so why crying wolf today? because they didn't carry brooms?

If they like, they should take their protest to the White House. It wouldn't stop their prosecution.

My uncle keeps laughing at me for voting APC....he actually told me arrest, bail, court cases are all we are going to get if pmb wins and it's happening already.
Your uncle may be part of those that ate our yam and never want those that will retrieve those yams to mount the saddle of leadership. The man that said, electorates have short memory, seen beyond ordinary. When same Fayose used 7 lawmakers to impeached speaker and his deputy in a house of 26, tell us what your uncle told you? When Fayose used thugs to barricade all roads leading to Ado-Ekiti and used trailer to cross entrance to Ekiti House of Assembly, please tell us what you uncle told you? When Fayose slapped a sitting judge in his hallowed chamber of the court, tell us what your uncle told you? If your uncle didn't tell you anything, then that your uncle is a wicked fellow and not patriotic Nigerian.

Members of the Ekiti State House of Assembly have taken their protest over the armed men of the Department of State Services (DSS) Friday, March 4, 2016, invasion of the House of Assembly complex and subsequent abduction of four of the assembly members, calling on the international community to intervene and save democracy in Nigeria from imminent collapse.

Carrying placards with various inscriptions; the lawmakers said;

“We want to state here categorically that no amount of intimidation, harassment and oppression will make us impeach our leader and benefactor, Governor Ayodele Fayose. The DSS should therefore know that the 2006 theory they are working on will not work this time around.”

Some of the inscriptions on the placards read;

“DSS harassment is about 2018, we won’t be cowed,” DSS, face this impunity must stop! This is democracy, not dictatorship,” DSS, don’t destroy our democracy, respect rule of law,”Fayose remains our leader, we won’t impeach him,” “Nigerians need change, not chains,” “Buhari, face economy and security, not opposition,” and “DSS, free Ekiti lawmakers; we are legislators, not criminals.”

This is the biggest lie you people keep telling yourselves. There is nothing sovereign about nigeria, the British created you and named you, they own you. Anyday the British no longer need to be influential in Africa, they disbanding you like puppies sold away from their mothers.
This simple fact is what you 'one nigeria' clowns are usually afraid to come to terms with.

Were there no reputable institution in Nigeria or Africa that could stand for human rights when 7 lawmakers out of 26 members impeached a speaker and his deputy to instal a PDP speaker? Did you weep for Ekiti then?

As i always say what goes around comes around, so when 7 APC lawmakers attempt to impeach the governor with the support of DSS, PDP should be the last to complain of human rights abuses.

So where is the change ur 'god' promised
