Were Nigeria to be run effectively, efficiently and without blatant corruption, she should be the one to even grant foreign aid. So thank you, EU. It could make the country sit-up - or not - as she is wont. 176 Likes 5 Shares |

This is a welcome development; UNICEF and WHO should stop giving us free retroviral drugs, free polio, tuberculosis and meningitis drugs since the governor's of the most affected states can afford to buy houses in the US. 124 Likes 4 Shares |

One of the best news of 2017. Was it not a few days ago I was telling someone that Nigeria does not need financial aids and grants because we have enough monies to take care of our needs, but only being held back by mismanagement and thievery? South Korea and Taiwan used to collect aids many decades ago, but today they are aid givers! Because of proper management. Aids do not make countries rich. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Canada (oil producers like we are) do not collect aids and their citizens live in luxury. In fact, some of these countries heavily finance US and UK. The first thing I'd do when I become president is to abolish aids. We have enough resources to be self-independent and supply power to the rest of Africa instead of living in darkness. Lalasticlala, this is better than those Hushpuppi clapbacks 37 Likes 1 Share |

The zoo. They want other countries to give their own money to run services in Nigeria. meanwhile Nigerian money is kept in fat bank accounts abroad or used to pay 4,000 pounds every day for a parked idle plane in London. Which could be flown and parked in Abuja and ordered back to London when it's needed. 43 Likes 1 Share |

MaziOmenuko: I badly want to agree with you but, this is my area of expertise. Believe me, without these funding streams, we would ALL suffer. Some parents who would say they can't "afford" vaccines would send their kids to the same schools and markets as yours..... Africa would be self-dependent one day....might just not be for the next century. 4 Likes |
