The SSA New Media to governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, Barr Oraye St Franklin has alleged that Mrs Ibim Semenitari, the new acting MD of the NNDC and former Commissioner for information, under former governor of Rivers state and incumbent minister of transport, Rotimi Amaechi ,last night delivered the sum of N7bn in cash to The minister at Le Meridien Hotels Port Harcourt. He also alleged that the said sum is to be used for the Saturday rerun election in the state.
