I have just been shortlisted to attend 2016 Afrika Kommt Assessment centre in Niarobi Kenya next month and am wondering if anyone here is going also from Nigeria so we can rob mind together before hand?


Or any past participant of the program who can advise me on how to go about my preparation?

Basically they have a timeline and i think those shortlisted must have gotten confirmation by now...you know during the application you have to specify two or so companies you will like do the internship part of the program with...So its one of those firms that have to interview you...

In my own case i first had the phone interview which was successful and am going to Kenya for the last leg of the interview after which the program kicks off from May....

I have already answered all this questions asked here....I said i first had phone interview which is the normal way companies in Europe do their thing before inviting candidate for face to face gig.....
