If the Minister of Petroleum who is the champion of NNPC Restructuring can be rewarded by the CBN illegally, nothing stops him from hiring wards of political cronies into NNPC in the guise of restructuring.

You can't talk of facts when you are speculating...The only fact now on ground is that the government is corrupt and is recruiting illegally. If they can do it in the CBN successfully, nothing stops them from extending it to other agencies.
