What causes period cramp like pain on the lower left abdomen with back pain ? Is it an early sign of pregnancy?! It's not that painful it's light and nd kinda hurts if I press too hard.

Are you on? If not a lot of things cud be the reason why you feeling that way,pls get to the doctor or a good close by pharmacy.

The pain started yesterday and yes it came suddenly and m always nauseous, specially when I wake up nd try to eat . my last period was 3 to 4 days ago , yes iam sexually active as me and dear hubby are trying to conceive. The pain doesn't spread but it's combined with headache, backpain and oh my Allah m alwayss tired for no reason!? This is the first time thats happened.

Might be prelude to ovulation. I always get those cramp like feelings when I am ovulating.

Go and run pelvic scan. The scan will dx one of these differentials..... PID, ovarian cyst, ovulation
