OP, Do u really know much about air travel? I doubt it cos most of your posts smirks of ignorance. No offence! Most of those things u put up there are normal things people do while flying. |
yhemster:Thank you very much Sir! You just said my mind. There are many things wrong with this country but the diatribe the OP just spewed is arrant nonsense. |
It was a nice spectacle. Seeing that number of bikes in one place. I must get me one soon. |
Is it real-time view? |
Deseo:But u can fck before marriage, right? Hypocrisy! |

Driverless flying taxi service set to launch in Dubai Dubai says it will launch driverless flying taxis this year The passenger drones carry one person The vehicles are made by Chinese company Ehang (CNN)Dubai has announced yet another pioneering initiative, but this time it's not the world's first rotating skyscraper or 3D printed office. It's a fleet of flying taxis. Small enough to fit into a car parking space when folded up, the one-seater passenger drones made by Chinese company Ehang are set to start picking up passengers in July this year, according to Dubai's Road and Transport Authority (RTA). The electrically powered driverless drones -- named Ehang 184 -- have already been seen hovering above the sand dunes near the city's airfield during test flights. "The 184 provides a viable solution to the many challenges the transportation industry faces in a safe and energy-efficient way," said Ehang founder and CEO Huazhi Hu when the vehicle was unveiled during the 2016 CES gadget show in Las Vegas. "The 184 is evocative of a future we've always dreamed of and is primed to alter the very fundamentals of the way we get around." http://edition.cnn.com/2017/03/17/tech/ehang-passenger-drone-dubai/index.html |
As I read all the comments here, I cannot help but wonder if most people in here actually live in the real world. From my workplace to my compound to my street to even the church, I see more than half of the men with some kind of extramarital affair yet somehow the couples try to keep their homes together. Take it or leave it,there is a greater percentage of men that cheat than those that do not. The sister is very free to leave if she cannot stay but she should know that the next man, if there is any, has an equal chance of cheating. |
I think we should be grateful that Nigeria's case is not this bad. Venezuela's foreign reserves down to only 10billion dollars! Caracas is running out of cash. Venezuela only has $10.5 billion in foreign reserves left, according to its most recent central bank data. For rest of the year, Venezuela owes roughly $7.2 billion in outstanding debt payments. In 2011, Venezuela had roughly $30 billion in reserves. In 2015, it had $20 billion. The trend can't persist much longer, but it's hard to know exactly when Venezuela will run completely out of cash. Powered by SmartAsset.com SMARTASSET.COM "The question is: Where is the floor?" says Siobhan Morden, head of Latin America fixed income strategy at Nomura Holdings. "If oil prices stagnate and foreign reserves reach zero, then the clock is going to start on a default." venezuela reserves According to the country's recently released 2016 financial report, about $7.7 billion of its remaining $10.5 billion of reserves is in gold. To make debt payments in the past year, Venezuela shipped gold to Switzerland. The thinning reserves paint a scary financial picture as the country faces a humanitarian crisis sparked by an economic meltdown. Venezuelans are suffering massive food and medical shortages, as well as skyrocketing grocery prices. http://money.cnn.com/2017/03/01/news/economy/venezuela-cash/index.html |
Hello friends, I have observed for a while the use of the idiom 'as and when due'. It is quite appalling that even mainstream media in Nigeria rarely uses the correct form of the idiom 'as and when due'. You hear and read most times people saying and writing 'as at when due'. Please note, the correct way of saying something is done the way it should be done and at the right time is 'as and when due' and not 'as at when due'. |
Lol. U go still fly one day na. |
Hello Landers, I had a near miss experience this morning. Had a flight from Lagos to Abuja for 7am only for me to wake up at 620am even though I set my alarm for 5am so I could be at the airport at 6am. Luckily I wasn't too far from the airport (maryland) and even though the counter had closed by the time I got there I was able to plead and get myself on the flight because it had not taken off. This is the first time I will have this near miss experience as I have never missed any flights, whether domestic or international. Kindly share your experience here if you have missed your flight or nearly missed your flight before. |
I guess you guys are agents saying this is not true so as to swindle more people on the pretext of helping them to go to Dubai? I have an official communication from my multinational coy about this and colleagues who were supposed to go for a training in Dubai next month have been advised not to bother applying for visa because UAE was not accepting Nigerian passports. |
Nigerians have been banned from entering the UAE. It is sad how some people tarnish the image of this country. https://vanguardnigeria.org/bad-news-nigerians-must-usa-uk-valid-visa-get-dubai/ |
Hmmmm.I guess it is because it is not the first. As per recession, God has been good so I am not worried about anything. RadicallyBlunt: |
You definitely got me wrong. I am in no way saying I am not happy. I said I do not feel as excited as when we had our first baby. EfemenaXY: |
I was just wondering if it is general or if I am the omly one who feels this way.I remember how much euphoria that surrounded the arrival of our son.I do not feel the same way now even though our daughter could arrive anytime from now by God's grace. What do yo guys think? |
