We have streamlined this process (with the support of the CSCS) to allow for easy transfer of holdings between institutions.
Investors who wish to switch positions between brokers should visit the CSCS website , :
Download Inter-member form from CSCS website
Fill the form and append the signatures of the Target House, Resident House and Investor
Attach all possible required documents to the completed form. These include: Investor's account statement, Investor's consent letter, Letter of indemnity from the Target house etc.
Submit the completed form at CSCS office (12th Floor, Stock Exchange House, 2/4 Customs Street Marina, Lagos, Nigeria).
We expect that a transfer from one Participating Institution to another should not take more than 24hrs.

nothing in life is easy to come by esp when the stockbroker will not be willing to let go without a big fight. Any document from the broker to the client will take time to the extent of frustrating the client before releasing.

ojuoluwani: Adelowo Moses was beaten to a pulp on tuesday the 16th September 2014 for farting in a bus. Narrating his ordeal Moses said he was going to Ikire Osun State to visit his sister, he boarded a bus at Oshodi Lagos going to Iwo road Ibadan on the way he feel he wanted to pass out gas but try to keep it so as not to spoil the air in the bus, but at a point he could not hold it any longer and he didn't want to stop the bus just because he wanted to fart and there was heavy downpour, he decided to silently release the gas.
At this time all the glass of the bus were closed to prevent the rain from entering the bus, so as he could not hold it anymore he pass out the gas silently and he feel relieved but never know there is a big problem awaiting him.
After few seconds the whole bus was smelling like hell and some passages started to rain curse on the person that spoil the gas but Moses didn't say anything after about 5min when the smell IS already gone a lady was still raining curse on the person that spoilt the air and that led Moses to reply the lady with a question "sister Don't u also fart " and the lady reply him "are u the one or what is ur problem " that led to big rancour and finally led to the lady giving Moses a hot slap without hesitating Moses reply with two hot slap and the fight started many of the men in the bus join hand to beat Moses to pulp Moses was taken to a hospital at Academy in Ibadan where he spent three days he was discharged on Thursday evening.
