The dispute between the company and GTB begun in 2012.
“At all material time, Innoson Nigeria Ltd. was a customer of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. Sometime in 2012 Innoson discovered that GTB imposed and debited its current account with over N700 million excess and unlawful charges. GTB failed and refused to refund the N700 million to Innoson.
“Consequently, Innoson commenced suit no:FHC/AWK/CS/139/2012 against GTB and the court rendered judgment in the sum of N4.7 billion with 22% interest on the judgment debt until satisfaction of the judgment debt in favour of Innoson against GTB.”
Innoson said the court of appeal of Ibadan division affirmed the decision of the federal high court and ordered GTB to pay N2.4 billion to Innoson.
The bank had appealed the ruling at the supreme court but lost the case. Innoson then began a N400 million case at the federal high court, Abuja.

Please why does my Samsung Galaxy J9 hangs too often when I am browsing once there is a break in my internet network? The phone is a 2g RAM with 32g storage capacity.
I have not gone even half of its storage capacity.

My Spectranet Wifi had charging problem and I took it for repairs. Now it is charging except that I can't browse with it anymore. It broadcasts signal and even shows connected to the network yet it is not browsing. The Model is E5573s - 606 and I am using Glo 4g sim on it. I have over 10g of data currently running. Infact I also saw the storage size to be 32g until 360 Security gave me the real size.
