no documents was checked at all....its was a family thg....my mum,bro, nd myself.....d v.o asked d address of were we re going to, wat each person does, y re we going to d us and were ve we travelled to as a family....its ws jst God anyway....

After dose on health ground wen deir list came. Out. We were ask to collect form again if our name did not appear on the relocation. List

How can I redeploy using medical report. Got posted to imo state.
