I know its difficult to wrap your mind around the figures, but this should not be surprising. When you compare the amount of money nigeria raked in during oil boom, to the developments and infrastructure on grounds, it becomes clear where all the money dissappeared to.
Btw its the same revenue from oil you have at your disposal that UAE used to construct the entire Dubai. So perhaps you have an explanation of where our own funds went to
