The boss herself was rude. And she is the one at fault. Did he just walk into her office and start working? She must have done some sort of interview for him, after which she must have deemed him fit for the job. So if she later on doesn't like him, she should take it as her own mistake. And to correct it, she should let him know what and what he's doing wrong. Then If he doesn't change after a little while, she can then relieve him of his job. Simple.

I was pissed because I had not been given a chance to learn everything needed to know Yet. I think this was really unfair since I was not even given a chance to improve. She said blame me for being an "observer", but she had to let me go.

I'm not sad this happen but this had triggered my incentiveness and challenged me the more. I'm even courting an idea of developing a start-up.

OP don't mind that boss, just work on improving your relation with people but don't make it excessive to the extent of inconveniencing urself so one talkative won't call you weird. Make contributions in conversations , build up conversations, smile and joke with people, etc. But still be principled about it. My co-tenants where I lived in school called me eleha, see me as snobbish, but I don't care, I would rather sleep than start gossiping and making meaningless conversations with all sorts of people.

Since you're young and vibrant I'll suggest you lean towards having an extra job you can while you're at school. It helped me a lot
