It is not really a matter of absolute or more security, it's for the government in power on one hand and the regulatory body, INEC to summon sufficient courage and be ready to do the right thing.

There should not be any attempt by the security agencies or INEC to muffle the process. In the event where the wish of the people is supplanted, with or with no security, they will still be blood bath.

Was the wish of the people supplanted where they killed the corper? The truth is that people have no value for human life and keep wasting what they cannot create for no reason. They did conduct an election but stopped when it was clear PDP was Winning. APC isn't a democratic party, it's a cult. In democracy, you don't force your will on the people, you let them have their say which will never be the case for the APC. Long story short..INEC stopped because PDP was Winning not because Rivers State had "insecurity problems", after all the insecurity issues were caused by the APC..even with Burantai, Wole Soyinka etc in Rivers State the APC still couldn't win.
