To not really a matter of absolute or more security, it's for the government in power on one hand and the regulatory body, INEC to summon sufficient courage and be ready to do the right thing.

There should not be any attempt by the security agencies or INEC to muffle the process. In the event where the wish of the people is supplanted, with or with no security, they will still be blood bath.

What's this one saying? Rubbish. Was there voting when a whole family members were beheaded and a lot kidnapped? What is going on in Rivers state is more of power game and tussle for relevance/authority by both PDP and APC, and this was compounded by unguarded statements of the key players in the parties making them to arm thugs, touts and miscreants. INEC and security agencies were ready to do the work but power game deterred them. Until the government make example of one person, the rubbish will not stop. What I expected INEC to do is to suspend some parties from the re-run based on their activities that culminated to the show of shame and barbaric tendency that sacred lives make no meaning to anyone.

Anytime I read sentence like this I knew many of you guys no next to nothing about governance. Based on their activities so far, INEC suppose disallow PDP and APC from participating on the re-run. That will solve the problem.
