similar problem I have here. Initially some keys stopped working but after some days, they started 'overworking'. Now if I press e, r, f, x it'll type 4 or 5 of the letters no matter how soft I press them. It's really frustrating.

its the same problem with the guy above, roughly liquid got into your keyboard you can see roughly that it is the same area of E, R, F, 4 and 5 liquid can affect like that

remember drivers get updates each and everytime and some drivers that come with windows are basic the rest you have to update yourself to fine tune your pc

do you have partitions on your drive ? for window media try to reinstall but what type of video file would you be trying to play?

your computer is booting in safe mode that means it boots up with only the basic drivers loaded.

restart your computer, press the F8 key on your keyboard
some options will come up
choose last known good configuration and let the system boot up.
try installing the printer again

explain how you are failing to install the printer

and how did you get into safe mode or what happened to it to get into safe mode

On startup my laptop says "persistence module has encountered a problem and needs to close".Pls how do i stop my system from showing this error report all the time when i start the system.

when you install does it ask you which drive to install to ? and also are installing from a disk ? may be the disk is damaged, i think of what might cause the problem except there are instruction to do before installing eg creating that file which is being asked

i think the games files are corrupt, was the game doing that before ? or you installed it and it behaved like that when you wanted to play ?

like i said its either you reinstall window media or install the codes if windows is playing dvd without sound

2 who warned you not to update ? if a its person then roughly s/he installed a non genuine windows

3 you can do an upgrade if the current OS is xp or upgrade from vitsa home to vista pro
