try this --- start --- computer --- your hard drive (what ever the name it has) ---- programs --- then you should able to see the program you want and start it from there and also put the short cut to start the program on desktop

this is based on windows 7 what OS do you have

I tried this but it does not appear on the list of programs files. This is windows 7 by the way.

pls i need help! All my network adapters are faulty/ not working, Bluetooth network ,wireless network& Local area connections are all marked X despite being enabled! I've tried all "help f1" options.

hello NL, i have an issue with my laptop. it was given to me as a gift. but the battery does not charge tho the light comes on initially but goes off after a while. the laptop is compaq nc8230. can somebody tell me what to do. i even bought a new battery thinking the old one was bad but the same.

what does the status say when the light is on ? does it say charging ?

have you tried the new battery on different laptop ?

Connect laptop to a monitor or lcd tv using a Vga cable And see if any lines would appear, if it does take it to
a technician.if doesn't consult us further advice

I have this system

The screen developed a fault starts showing colour stirpes and big white lines, i changed it and it worked only to start again within weeks, please how can i correct this?

More details is needed, i.e. Connection type MTN or Zain Internet dongle etc

Can you access any other site ? Have you top up your modem ?

What error message can you see on the screen ? Has it ever worked before ?

hook it up to standalone monitor and see the results and we take it from there

whats the point just get another pc
that could be as a last resort if i couldn't get the motherboard, i intend changing the motherboard because it has started showing signs of packing up soonest. Thanks for your advice anyway.
