Please kindly assist regarding my laptop computer (Samsung Mini).

The mouse pad has bn behaving funny for some days now. It tends to stop working or tends to be freezing whenever I plug in a charger, and returns to a normal working condition if I unplug the charger.

Use Google to find out
how you can get to device manager

then look for "universal host controller
then click the + , which should turn into a -sign
then uninstall everything under universal controller
only. remove all usb devices such as printer, usb stick
then restart the laptop. then wait for it to install
everything. make sure you wait ! then test it with a
working usb stick, it should detect it. does this happen
when is on charger or battery

NIGERIALOLoCOM: If your flash drive has a button, push the button to the other side. If not, google 'how to remove write protection on a flash drive'

NIGERIALOLoCOM:

Plug the DVD machine to another computer with functional usb ports to confirm if the machine is working properly. Furthermore, connect functional usb devices to your mini laptop to check the workability of the usb ports. This will help you know where the problem is.

Eh, there're many ways around this. You can hack it if you can get a good engineer around you and you have ownership proof. Simple way with anyone available however is to simply install another OS and retrieve your original files using admin mode.

I plugged another usb device (blackberry and flash drive ) the mini detected those two , I plugged the DVD-RW on another system, still the same issue, the drive does not come with any drive sha . Pls which way out ?

NIGERIALOLoCOM: Go back to the seller and get another one that can work on your mini laptop. Make sure you go with the mini.
