remove it if you got the technical skills to do this, remove the keys and clean, then dry it.

I see a lot of adverts on gettin a laptop with 4k,11k & 18k. They also claim its not MLM or Referal. Can one truely get a laptop for 18k. Pls if u know d truth,pls tell ur on this forum so we dont waste our time and money.

The boot configuration is corrupted, d

when the system is booting , after Bios , press F8 and choose Launch startup repair.

Or if you got win vista cd, insert it and let it load the cd,

cannot log on ? for example not accepting password, boot up with black screen or an error message.
