All systems are not built for windows 10. You can increase your RAM size if it is on the low side. This will help boost performance especially on windows.

The other option is to downgrade back to windows 8. Upgrading to windows 10 gives you a 30 days grace to decide if you like the OS. if you don't like it or it makes your system lag, you can still go back to windows 8 within the time limit.

get USB universal modem for about 3k. Get a network sim( mtn, Glo, etisalat e.tc). Buy data like one gigabyte and brows on your system.
