As the world celebrate easter day today, many Christians ‎decide to mark the day visiting places and spending time with their family and loved ones.

‎But that is not the case of the Abuja based beauty queen, Miss Independence Nigeria 2015, Queen Nneze Richards who she visited National Blood Transfusion Service (NBTS) earlier today to donate her blood for those who might need urgent transfusion in case of emergence.

This did not start today as she emulated this act when she was very young. In her sick bed then, blood was donated to save her life at a very tender age. While growing up Nneze always donates every 4 months as a way of giving back to the society and also to save life.

Speaking to a nursed around she said "the most expensive gift you can give to someone is the gift of life...‎am also encouraging people out there to the same and save lives because it saved my life when I was kid, the blood my parent donated were was enough so they had to get from blood bank"

Every beauty pageant winner doing humanitarian work I have come across on Nairaland in the last two months about 10 of them...are all Igbos! Beautiful women! No wonder they are ranked number 4 on the world most desired women.

It appears a lot of people show kind gesture just to Post on social media.

If she didn't post a picture, you and the rest of #teamMyopic will still say "talk is cheap" and request a picture to prove she also donated.

The point here is "If you've seen me do it, come out and do it"....sometimes you need to read between the lines. She's been doing it for years but only posted it now, why? Because she's in the capacity to as a public figure recently, at least a beauty queen is doing it, that should encourage some others. This is not some orphanage, rice-sharing show, this is donating a life-saving fluid, different motives
