A friend told me it seems Harry Kane have to upgrade to another country too in order to finally land a trophy in his career just like he's trying to escape Spurs for a better and trophy-winning Clubside. Just sums up the football life of Harry Kane. World class without question but still Zero trophies to his name. andrew444: 3 Likes 2 Shares |

PSG getting Gianluigi Donnarumma, Sergio Ramos, Georgino Wijnaldum, Achraf Hakimi added to the quality they have in Neymar, Mbappe, Di Maria, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Keylor Navas, Paredes, Icardi etc sets them up for UCL Glory next season... But then I remember Pochettino is their coach. Time will tell in 2021/22 season. Sometimes, Mega Stardust is not enough as tactics and mentality also play huge parts but PSG are looking very good "on paper" to be frank. Donnarumma is still only 22 and within three huge knock out fixtures (including The Final) catapulted himself from being on the list of my personal top 3 best young players of the tournament alongside Pedri and Mikkel Damsgaard to being named the Official MVP of the Entire Tournament leaving the Golden Midfield wonder, Pedri to bag Best Young MVP. Chiesa was my #4. It was tough leaving him out of my top 3 focusing on U-23 talents only. Donnarumma has done something only one other Goalkeeping Great have done which is emerging Player of the Euros Tournament. The other who achieved such was Peter Schmeichel of Denmark (Kasper Schmeichel's Dad) back in 1992 when Denmark shocked the world. That's a special class to be in. He's also done something no other Goalkeeping great had done at the Euros which is leading his national side to back to back Penalty shootout victories at the Euros. Now that's a special class which has only one name in history now.... GIANLUIGI DONNARUMMA. He's been touted for long as the heir to Gianluigi Buffon's throne in Italian and world football and yesterday finally put more respect on his talents, his name and his growing legacy. Donnarumma is already a Goalkeeping Super Beast at 22 so imagine just how better he is gonna be with time. PSG have got football's next super Goalkeeping great on their hands so let's see what they make of it next season. In all, The Italians are back! Like I said before the tournament began.... The Italians were not to be scoffed at. They are genuine "bad guys" and they proved such last night. I love time and with respect to the Italians, Time is indeed here. #EurosDiary 10 Likes 2 Shares

Is Tomori still eligible for Nigeria? |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 9:00am On Jul 12, 2021 |
maidaboi: Nigeria wanted Saka. England said NO. They came down hard with pressure and Saka succumbed turning Nigeria down. Nigeria didn't give up. We recruited him for our secret service (Football division) with clandestine orders for him to f**k England over when the need arises as revenge for not letting us have him. Last night was Double Agent Saka reporting for Nigerian Football Secret Service. Going undercover to the English Side to stop them from winning a major trophy. It just had to be him wasn't it? I was watching the moment Southgate was picking the PK takers and he pointed to Saka in a special way. I knew it meant Saka was either going up first or last or was at least among the PK takers. I was like "Okay, I guess it's time to activate Double agent Saka" If England like, they should cap Ebere Eze too. The Nigerian Football Secret Service under my command will be watching. Mossad is our key partner in this mission. #EurosDiary 5 Likes 1 Share

TheGoodJoe:saying England has better offensive talents is because the English forwards re more popular than the Italian lads to you English players re nothing but bunch of over paid and hyped players. Will you ever pick grealish ahead of Federico chiesa? The only world class player I see in that England team is Harry Kane others re just slightly above average 3 Likes 1 Share |

No was my previous answer and I've explained why before. That he was already 21+ when he made his England debut. And the rule requires one to be U-21 and to not have played more than 3 official games (except if in WC or Continental competitions which rules them completely). Tomori at age of England debut (his only cap): 21 yrs, 10 months and 29 days. But then, I recently discovered an angle to the new eligibility rule which I have been wanting to share when the time arises. It says... "Considering the principle of legal certainty, the age requirement ("he had not turned 21 years old" shall not apply to players who played their last match in an official competition ... prior to 18 September 2020, the date the September 2020 amendments entered into force," Tomori's only cap came in November 2019. So that means the new rule won't apply to him. He can still switch if he so desires. The NFF can use this angle of the new rule to go after Tomori. So yes, in a way, via this angle alone.... Tomori is still eligible. maidaboi: 6 Likes 2 Shares |

Akwa United and Enyimba played some good football with a bunch of chances created. Akwa did some bad bele stuff by excluding anayo bullying our defenders from the video but I still blame Enyimba for not having a media team. It is a good watch for anyone who wants to check it out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MPm2sGQT2c 5 Likes 2 Shares |

charlesemeka85: Chiesa is the top performaner for Italy. So compare him with Kane, and Kane gets the nod. Compare Immobile with Calvert Lewin. I will say Immobie but dicy. Then Sterling with Insigne, definitely Sterling. Who else? For Italy? Then we go to Grealish, Foden, Sancho, Bellingham, Rashford. Come on. There is no comparison. England is miles ahead in offensive quality than Italy. 2 Likes |

seankafor: lol. England is not like that. Only troll accounts or sock accounts on Twitter can do that. England and Canada are the most comfortable countries for black man anywhere in the Western Hemisphere. Quote me anywhere. Niggas should try moving to Italy if they supported Italy for that reason. Even berardi performance for Sassuolo is better than what Grealish is doing for Aston Villa Na wa for you oooo |

TheGoodJoe:grealish, folden, sancho, Bellingham? I doubt if you watch Serie A to notice young unpopular Italian players balling seriously without much hype and noise same goes to other top leagues. The worst of the hype all is grealish. I hv seen this guy player so many time but still can't phantom what makes him too special with regards the hype that surrounds him anytime his feet touches the ball Been a good player is not only about fancy footwork but efficiency which I can only single out Kane as only English player in this generation that can boast of that. Over hyped mount can't lace the boots of inter's nicolo barela or even sensi who didn't make the team to the euros and I guess both re unknown to you Is stones better than roma's cb Mancini and milans romagnoli? What about comparing rice and Phillips combined together to locatelli? Abi na Henderson u wan use compare veratti? Do you know how many top goalies of Italian heritage currently in the serie A who re yet to get a chance in the Snr team? Bros no let epl n English media dey blind u always believing English players re the best after the likes Maradona, baresi, bekanbaur and pele 3 Likes 1 Share |

Rockyrascal: Stop joking. I said, high quality plsyers. And, you can't deny the quality of English young talents. You think it is a fluke Mount and Foden were key players in the English Premier League and Champions League simultaneously? You think Sancho became a top player in the Bundesliga by chance? |
