what is the point of calling up 10 defenders?

The only reason Omeruo wasn't in the squad was because of injury... Rohr wants to force Akpoguma into the team, hence he is using him as a RB...
It's all nonsense...He should drop some defenders and beef up the midfield...

I didn't ask any of this. Why is the first name u type Omeruo when the team just conceded 4 goals without him?

I don't know why we cant have a back line of

Balogun
Ekong
Ebuehi
Sanusi...
Its not too much to ask for rohr....

Ekong is a weak link, I think Semi Ajayi will work better with Balogun

I don't know when I linked Omeruo with the Sierra Leone game..
I said Rohr should man up and drop some defenders to free up space for more midfielders..
Omeruo and Collins clearly appear to be down the packing order..
If it doesn't sit well with you, don't worry...Rohr will continue inviting 10 defenders..

If u want defenders out of the team surely it has to be the people that gave up 4 goals right? Keep on telling yourself that u want Omeruo out to free space.

Yes..we need to free space...And Omeruo is down the pecking order .
But of course,Rohr doesn't have balls to drop anybody so he keeps inviting 10 defenders and 3 midfielders..

Keep telling yourself you don't want Omeruo dropped to free space, then attack Rohr for leaving the midfield thin

Kayode scored with his first touch after coming on as a substitute in the second half. I do think Kayode will excel playing against Africa teams. Super-fast and strong!

But Rohr can't drop Ekong because he is vice captain.. He can't drop Ajayi because he currently plays at a higher level than Omeruo and he sees him as a makeshift DM.. That leaves Awaziem and Omeruo..and again,he sees Awaziem as a makeshift RB..

We need to free up that defense and as it stands, Omeruo and Collins appear to be the most vulnerable

I got your point and I can tell you that this is the reason why Rohr will never achieve anything with Nigeria team.

Pls go and watch our World cup and Afcon matches and tell me why Omeruo should be dropped.

Ekong is overrated in Super eagles and I can tell you that Ajayi is no where near Omeruo when we talk of eagles forget EPL .

If I have my way I want to see Balogun and Awaziem doing it.

What do people mean by he cannot drop this that blah blah. That sentimental nonsense must stop if not he will just lose his job. Akpoguma has sucked at RB for 3 games in a row. He needs to be tried at Cb or be dropped entirely. Ekong hasn't been impressive at Cb needs to be dropped. Musa is presently clubless needs to be dropped. Our players aren't world-class enough to be unchangeable and if the coach continue this sentimental selection na ein job be that

Omeruo is an ANC winner, CC and 2 world cup Experience no way he should be dropped for Ekong. For now, omeruo and balogun are our best CB

Olayinka scored his team second goal. Kayode,, Olayinka, Balogun(On stand by) and Sanusi are the only Africans that scored in European Cups this week. Please don't ever tell me we don't have the players!
