So akpeyi should be brought back because he hasnt conceded goals in the low life league he plays
Is it that you have no idea of what akpeyi has to offer when he plays for the national team or you're just expecting him to do magic

Some of us with our judgement think we would do worse than rohr

Stop chatting shiit. African champions league is not low life.
Besides akpeyi has been impressive for kaizer chiefs this season in the PSL.. Akpeyi has the club's captain and SA No1 goalie Khune relegated to the bench permanently this season.

You are the same dude that wants a NPFL goalie as third choice goalie(probably the calamitous Ezenwa who is also above 30) yet you feel having akpeyi as a third coach goalie is a bad idea.

Is the NPFL better than the PSL? A league that has not produced an African champion since 2004. And laughable, when you also consider that Nigeria has not been able to win any of the editions of the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) since its formation – a competition for players based in local African leagues.

The stadiums are rarely filled up, the players do not collect good salaries – players are still running to South Africa, Egypt, Tunisia, Libya and Morocco..

Once again, you are chatting shiit.

No he has not..but he has conceded when it mattered most. You can score 9 penalty kicks out of 10..but its the one you missed that people will remember. Akpeyi is not needed. He should concentrate on club football.

But u forgot Okoye allowing that back pass into the net bah? Hypocrisy will continue to hold this country back.

The reason why I brought up Vincent and Rufai is because you're trying to imply Akpeyi is better than someone because he didn't concede 4 goals. Good goalkeepers sef dey chop am. If you must market Akpeyi use another criteria not this pedestrian point of yours.

U shifted the goalpost just accept it.

If you really wanna argue this, then you need blame the defenders as well partly some of those goals were the defenders lapses and you dont expect even the best goal keeper to checkmate all the mistakes from his defenders

So the goalkeepers job is what?

Jagielka was not playing regular for Sheffield for too small club before he was released

How is Thiago Silva still featuring for Chelsea ?

Thiago almost cost us the 4th place btw, at West brom. He wasn't a regular too, because the coach made sure he gave time to all of his defenders. Still same thing I said, the league is intense and older players will be over run easily which would lead them to cause a foul. Same thing happened with lovren, fonte, David Luiz, name them andrew

Bro Basco...i don't know what it is about the Nigerian system..anyone who gets involved in it directly or indirectly gets infected with the sentiment virus. Love your YouTube videos amd appreciate the time and effort you put in to produce them. This Akpeyi route....nah bra...this is not rational..its just sentiments. Rohr used to be ruthless..he has been infected with the sentiment virus as well. Same for Pinnick et al.

Thiago Silva helped you win the champions league

Stop saying nonsense

Thiago Silva use to have injuries most times ,stop saying he isn’t regular as if he is Christensen

Stupid Leicester made you come 4th

Your team was not expecting to come 4th with series of inconstitent displays

We are not talking about YouTube here. Nice try but your reverse psychology won't work. U are the one supporting a goalkeeper that has been clearly poor. Akpeyi is in the CAF Champions League final and u are talking him down. U Sir are the one being sentimental.

That Ezenwa you mentioned is another goalie that should barred from coming close to super eagles. Him and akpeyi offer nothing going forward

Yes he plays well for his south africa club side and when he comes to the super eagles he start to fidget, shakes and scared at the goal post

He can't even manage his backline... i have watched him play for the super eagles and none of his performance speaks volume he can keep the south africa captain in the bench...maybe dude is even worse self after all they didn't make the afcon i think

Bro, i don't use sentments as a yardstick in making my judgement...my history here will speak for me. The goal keeping department in the SE is the least of our problems we are fully covered in that area and we do not need Akpeyi. He shld concentrate on his club football.
