The Spirit of the Italians is way beyond any tactical superiority right now. These guys are damn playing like its the end of the world, and at the same time besting the English Midfield with pinpoint accurate passes and flair. I love what I'm seeing. Only they haven't gotten any solution to stopping Shaw for now.

If no be that our praying mantis GK wey fly out to no mans land leaving his post for his ancestors, Di maria for score that goal. But SIA 1 really set up that team well. Even without Taiwo and Mikel. Only Mikel in that final would have tilted the outcome.
That's the last time I cried for a Naija match. The keeper behaved very dull

Jordan Nwora's father did good ooo. The man won afrobasket and also did well at FIBA.
No he didn't win Afrobasketball. We lost to Tunisia. It was another American coach. Vogts, I think.

One to watch :

Name - Dennis Adeniran
Position - Midfield
Age - 22years
Club - Sheffield Wednesday

Curious why is he one to watch ❓

I remember when the left Fulham to Everton was not outstanding and then a few loan moves he is in league one with Sheffield Wednesday.

Yea. I know the man.

He started the Renaissance of the basketball team. Coach Mike brown is just following it up and continue were he stopped because let's be fair, he's the more experienced and high profile one to take over. Basically the NBBF upgraded the team's coach.

This is what the NFF should have done after the Afcon. Hire someone better to continue from where he stopped because Rohr has reached his ceiling.
The Renaissance started in the early 2000 with Sam Vincent. It has been a long time coming. Years of quality coaching, programs, planning and execution. Also, our diaspora giving back for the love of country and career progression.

If England can somehow keep it 1-0 until the 65th minute.

Then they should bring in more pace with Rushford and Saka because as Italy become desperate to score there will be space for fast players to take advantage and push Italy for a second goal.

As well as push the slower and ageing CB'S of Italy who wil struggle.

it would be nice if they do. Given the massive investment they've put into the sport. 55 years is too much for a trophy drought. Maybe the God of football has finally decided to answer some prayers today. First Messi and then England.

Andrew, how you go watch this match type say Italy dey play nonsense na?

Abi na England you wan type? Cos the English Midfield need their own Veratti right now.

See how comfy they are in the defensive mode. This is a final. They get the Ball back and the Italians have it back before three touches. Lack of ball holding Midfielder.

The Spirit too.

Sincerely the English Defence have disappointed their GK. Its obvious. He's been shouting it all through. Smh.

Etebo

Sacarsm is your forte sha.... grin

The energy alone wont allow the Wingers space.

These CBs are ageing but they know exactly their game. Harry Kane is strolling here. If they can get someone to pressure C&B, perhaps the game will tilt in their favor. For now, its all Italy with the unmatched grit.

The foul on Saka is proof that C&B are scared of him.

Extra Time. Italians have shown the Spirit and with flair.

We will reach there soon. Especially if the players feel like they owe the country even their lives like the Italians showed throughout this Euros.

That ball was dangerous. You don't even need to be scared of Saka before stopping him there.

Meanwhile, England is playing as if they want to score a penalty and not a goal.
