that’s why Rohr is trying to get a back up whose name isn’t Onuachu

What is Onuachu doing in the team then if he doesn’t trust him in a crucial match?

By the way , Ejuke is not a midfielder but maybe he will learn to play there with practice and time. Lol...midfield is more than dribbling ooh

The liberia coach was the most Entertaining of the two teams grin

Lol... There was a time in the game Iheanacho played a through pass and a Liberian defender wasn't marking. The coach shouted, "Look over your shoulder, do you want to kill us?" cheesy

Rohr with a disasterclass today. Didn't make any sub after the Ejuke sub until 86 mins, then put in Musa for no reason I can fathom. Osimhen should never have played 90 mins, considering we have a more important match on Tuesday that we need to rest our players for. He should have removed Collins and Nacho since around 70 mins at the latest and then Osimhen for Onuachu around 80 mins to rest him for Cape Verde. Clueless coach.

You cant see everything when watching a game for the first time. Go and rewatch it.
To re-watch that match is to indulge in self torture. Mbanu

He should be deployed to the wings which is his natural position. Enough of this make shift arrangements.

I remember one time a monicker raised the reason Musa was being invited to the SE was quota system and ethnic bigotry at play but many monickers called him unprintable names. I think it was Komekn or forgiveness who said so

But alas we can all see that the SE team selection has been influenced by the same political nonsense infecting our country today

That's why we shoul learn to respect each other's opinion even if you don't agree

This team cannot qualify for the world cup with this Rohr in charge!
No decent chance in the 2nd half!
Turning your wingers to midfielders and defenders against Liberia?
What then will you do against Cape Verde in Lagos let alone the other top nine teams?
This Rohr wants to be unfortunate, abi!

I'm worried about the Nigerian team facing a top team. If we didn't learn anything today, one this that is obvious is that Ekong will crumble against a better forward.

Too many back passes when we were only leading with a goal, you don't protect a goal advantage at the start of the second half.

Ejuke was not impressive and he also just the backpass crew immediately, which made me suspect it's an instruction from the sideline.

Collins is not the best player but he has certainly improved.

What's wrong with Iwobi though?

I think Frank should have played, I was impressed by his late game especially when we were overridden by the Liberians in the middle of the park.

Osihem saving us once again, it's a common trend now.

Nigeria should have no problem qualifying but if they plan to continue playing like this, teams like Senegal, Algeria, Ivory Coast will be smashing their lips at prospect of getting their teeth buried down into the flesh of Super Eagles chaotic play.
