Are we playing 3rd best from group e or f.. Nobody seems to have a Clear cut answer

You don't use the Super Eagles to learn work or complete your apprenticeship.

You come to the SE as a complete player not to come and learn work.

Umar Sadiq is the worst player in the current squad without question followed by Nwakali.

I would rather have short man Moses Simon playing as a center forward than Sadiq 100%. Just as Raheem Sterling does for England.

The modern game with modern proficient players, particularly forward players many can play center forward as well as wing. Rashford, Mane, Salah, Antonio, Benzema, Mbappe, etc

Hence I would rather have Olayinka and Onyekuru up from than Sadiq.

Cote d'Ivoire have scored Kessie neat goal from a Pepe pass.

Cote d'voire done score 2:0 . I guess it's very hard defending as champions. Spain and Germany can relate grin

Group E first, and then F

Group F, is only if nobody qualifies as 3rd best from Group E, and this one that scores are like this, they may not qualify

Still doesn't matter as long as group F produces a third placed team which they would because group C and D have no 3rd placed team.
And Gambia beating Tunisia to climb to 7points plus Mali beating Mauritania to climb to 7 points leaving Tunisia on 3points...would there still be a 3rd that group

Even if there is a third best team in group E we will still play group F

We most certainly can relate. We didn’t even qualify for the following edition after 2013

Yes because Tunisia has a superior goal difference compared to Comoros. Comoros has -2 as goal difference.
BTW Gambia cannot beat Tunisia though. Tunisia would likely win that game, I am tempted to say definitely. But no matter what happens, Group F already has a 3rd place team.

I have been highly impressed with Eguavoen team Selections, timely substitution, team performance and style. So far, we have been the best team at this tournament thus far (my opinion) it’s almost like he is listening to super eagles fans because he has been rectifying our complains on Rohr

I have been impressed with Eguavon team strategy making us find our true identity once again. He has GIVEN us a strategic vision to buy into.

However, his team selection apart from two players has been very good. However, his substitutions have not been timely and lack vision.

One of the things I know about football , you don't need hours just minutes to know who your star performers are.

Within the few minutes that Olayinka, Onyekuru and Onyeka came on there was a CLEAR and OBVIOUS change in INTENSITY and QUALITY in those few paltry minutes given to them to impress.

The CONUNDRUM is why were Sadiq and Nwakali getting game time over and above far better players , WHY ❓

Sadiq was an embarrassment to the nation yet he was given time and Nwakali was just a passenger .

I know Eguavon knows his football and I know he is aware of how poor they are but why ❓❓

Yes, there will still be a 3rd, as long as Group E results currently remain as they are

Tunisia will just go through with 3 points, and Comoros will complete the 4th spot.

From the combination in that table, as long as a 3rd placed team emerges from group A,B,E, and F, the winner of Group D plays the third placed team from Group F.

Equatorial Guinea currently beating Sierra Leone as I predicted. This would automatically end the fairy tale story of Sierra Leone and put Comoros through if it stays this way.

Yesterday game, onyeka cameo wasn’t better than nwakali first half performance. I don’t know what nwakali did to you, but accept your inaccurate predictions regarding him because so far, he has played well in his last 2 games

Algeria making stupid defensive mistakes. Poor man marking on the 2nd goal. Zerouki in midfield is totally ass.

"Algeria are the team to beat"

-TheSuperNerd

Na why everyone wan beat dem now. grin

Stop giving my moniker silly mentions to carry out a funny agenda.

Isolating my statements to gather likes using my name isn't how to go about talking football.

The point was simple. Algeria pre-Afcon were indeed the team to beat. They were on a 34 games unbeaten run coming into this tournament despite some signs of their waning powers witnessed especially in the games vs Burkina Faso.

And in same posts, I said it is possible to see Algeria falter and get shocked. I even said it is what I want.

Why leave out the entirety of my statements only to pick out a line used to explain a point about the Algerian's invincibility coming into the tournament?

Abeg be factual and stop wasting Mentions and gathering attention to your post using my moniker.
. Thank you.

How can someone watch yesterday’s game and conclude that nwakali was bad? A player that created 3 clear cut chances at the first half? For the first time in a while, our set piece became useful and threatening. We must understand that, every midfielder isn’t an agidi type of midfielder and some thrive on finesses, technique, passing range rather than hustle/bussle. Let’s just appreciate that we have various kind of midfielders at our disposal
