If your opinion of football experts is a six line writeup to convince me that a striker is not a center forward then I beg to differ grin, maybe if you had been watching football with common sense and knowledgeable about the sport you wouldn't need a football 'expert' to tell you which is which

Common sense should tell you that it's an excerpt from an article...

It's shocking that with all of the time you have devoted to watching football, you can't differentiate between a centre forward and a striker..

When next you see Messi starting as a 9 for PSG,do well to tag him a striker...

Again I ask, does being a non democratic government give license to invade or you are playing dumb again?

You keep changing the narrative, l asked you a simple question.

Tell us one free democratic government nation that the USA invaded please.

I am asking the question for the third time ❓❓❓

Why are Napoli trying to sell their talented asset “Osimehn” (something is off) they’re even doing a positive PR job to increase his value because his coach even compared him to Maradona

Do you remember when Liverpool sold off their star striker to Chelsea ❓

There may be similar permutations.

‘Osimhen won’t say no to
Madrid’

Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen won’t say no to
Real Madrid if the right offer comes from the
Spanish giants, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.

According to reports in Italy and Spain, the
Nigeria international is seen by Madrid as a Plan
B should they fail to land Erling Haaland in the
summer, with the Norwegian a transfer interest
for several other European clubs, including
Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.

Haaland is one of the top targets for the Spanish
side, but according to recent reports, they will
most likely be going for the striker next summer,
after advising him to spend one more season
with Borussia Dortmund.

Osimhen joined Napoli in the summer of 2020 for
an African record price of €81m and has been a
revelation for the Naples-based side this
campaign, scoring 11 goals in 22 games despite
suffering from a facial fracture and COVID-19.

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has since
estimated the Nigerian to be worth €100m, a
price Madrid may be unwilling to pay, according
to Italian journalist Fabio Santini.

Santini has also explained that if Madrid were to
make a proposal, Osimhen would not say no, as
he sees it as an upgrade on Napoli.

The 23-year-old is one of the most sought-after
strikers in Europe and has drawn interest from
some of the biggest English Premier League sides
including Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea,
Liverpool amongst other top European sides.

He is not good enough for Madrid yet.

If you need an article to tell you that there is a difference between a striker and a CF then football is not for you, even your article stated that the terms are used interchangeably,And yes Messi starts in the striking position for PSG but not a striker likewise Kevin De Bruyne starts for Man city in the wings but not a winger

How can someone be starting in a "striking position" when he's been tasked with dropping deep, building up possession and creating chance for his supporting wing forwards?
What's "striking" about that?

Liverpool did such because Torres was just returning back from a serious injury and they thought that he was done at the top. In osimehn case, he is just 23 and still has many years at the top.

You are really digging yourself into a hole now, define the term 'second striker' and see that it negates everything you think a striker is grin

which championship team fit beat dortmund .

You have no idea of the Championship.

It's half time and it's 2-1 to Luton against Chelsea this is the Championship you denigrate so much.

I still expect Chelsea to win but Luton is doing very well considering Elijah Adebayo is not playing their 12 goal top striker, because of injury.

That's what Chelsea probably thought when they paid £50 million for him. He left Liverpool and was never able to reach that level of performance he had Liverpool.

Not picking any of the good ones is a shame..

African referees and refereeing will not improve if they pick referees from other continents..

the point of creating African sports competition is to improve and empower Africans..

Russian shouldn’t play the World Cup because it’s the players fault and they are supporting Putin

American actions on Afghanistan where rational ,asslicking /double standards at its peak ,American can hardly do wrong on the eyes of the average Nigerian

You should be asking yourself if you understand or not ,you have defended America your beloved country ,oya come and defend Isreal against the Palestinians

America have destroyed many countries but double standards will keep people like you blinded forever

Smh

Which country did USA destroy please.
