4 out and out strikers in one game? It’s bunch of lunatic s parading theirself as analysts here

liverpool has played Jota, Firmino, Mane and Salah at once in one game or from the 60th or 70th minute of the game....

it's the same way PSG, plays Di Maria, messi, neymar, Mbappe at the same time.

Barca also played Eto, Ronaldinho, Henry at the same time..
Real Madrid played C. Ronaldo, Benzema, Bale at the same time...

so by your opinion, Pochetinno, Rijkard, Zidane are lunatics parading themselves as coaches...

When our local basketball league was booming, we were not doing very well in African championships,Angola and Senegal dominated Africa
Now that the local league is dead, we started winning African championships and going to olympics and world championships with our foreign legion. Why the ban is what i do not understand.

Jason Tatum has become a superstar.

What's with the Premier league hype? Must he play in the EPL next season?

Napoli looks better than those teams ATM.

is not the epl per se but those judging a team by how well they finish in the league table

I remember seasons ago when it was rumored that man United were interested in ndidi many here adviced him to remain at leicester just because they were in 3rd abi 4th position and seemed better placed to make it to the ucl the next season ahead of United that were seventh abi 6th in the table then cheesy

They only tag a team bigger and better once it qualifies for the ucl cheesy

If Ndidi had joined United then, it probably would have turned out badly for him.. He could be blamed for United poor form and kicked out of the team.. Look at Van De Beek.....
IMO, it's better Osimhen stay with Napoli for another season .. He shouldn't turn himself to a journeyman at this stage of his career.. 4 different clubs in 5 years already..

must he play in next seasons ucl? Moreover Newcastle is a new project that will force itself to be counted as among the toughest clubs in the epl highest in 2 seasons time judging by the riches they possess currently. The city we fear today started that way and today are the best in the epl for the past 2-3 seasons now

He will be the undisputed arrow head in attack for the magpies, among the poster boys as well as been paid heavily with mouth watering bonuses

If I were him to choose between Arsenal and Newcastle I will choose Newcastle because of the project which will be massively financed this coming season

u don’t just conclude, he would hv been United undisputed number one dm. A dm like ndidi is what United is missing till date and his presence would hv helped the team a whole lot in shielding the defense

Van de beek is no dm but a box to box and AM but do not hv the agility and physicality to strive in the epl yet, also in the AM position Fernandez is miles better than him. Even out on loan at Everton he is still struggling.

When he was signed I knew he will struggle at United because of his lack of physicality

Osimehn remaining with Napoli is better for continuity sake but all I was trying to do is call out those suggesting he should reject United and Newcastle for Arsenal just because at a point they seem assure of ucl football next season

we can play all of them at the same time or at least 4 of them at the same time, they just have to understand that not all of them will play strikers and they have to drop deep when the opposition is with the ball...

with 4-2-3-1, Osimhen plays as the top striker and can also switch positions with others to confuse the defenders, then Dessers or lookman, Awoniyi, Sadiq will play as the three behind Osimhen, then Iwobi, Ndidi, Onyeka, Bonke, Samson Tijani, onyedika will compete for the 2 midfield positions..

with 3-2-2-3 or 3-4-3, Dessers or lookman, Awoniyi ( or Osimhen ), Sadiq can play as the front 3, Lookman or Moses Simon or Zaidu plays as left winger, Osimhen or Amoo or Dennis or Chukwueze play as right winger .. then Iwobi, Ndidi, Onyeka, Bonke, Samson Tijani, onyedika will compete for the 2 midfield positions..

In Summary,
At least 3 of them should always be on the field, their exclusion is part of what made Eguavoen's formation useless because his formation of a single striker isolates the striker let's hope the new coach doesn't adopt similar formation...

it's like Klopp playing Salah as the main striker, while Chamberlain and Minamino play as wingers and leaving Mane, Firmino, Jota, Diaz on the bench.. grin grin grin grin

shocked

It is not just the diction of football that is changing but also the attributes associated with being a striker the more apt term is " FORWARD" player.

Which requires a higher skill set that means you can play from both wings and down the middle.

The traditional one dimensional striker is no longer the norm. Even when you see player's called strikers a good number can still play any forward position.

Key component is to be technically astute and of course pace.
