Lewy, Dembele, Raphinha, Ansu Fati as attacking options. I no call Auba or Ferran.

Pedri, Gavi, Busquets as MF options. I leave out the power-playing Kessie (mostly brawns than brains).

Then in defence dem get Kounde, Araujo wey him head dey touch sometimes, Alba, Christensen (your fmr player), Veteran Pique, And Dest.

Guy, you sure say dem go collect? Well, Me I don't care... I would truly love to see that match up. grin

Koulibaly vs Lewy.

Kounde vs Sterling.

Busquets-Pedri-Gavi vs Kante (since him na 3 in 1) grin

Ahhhh... Sweet fights. cool

Dem go still collect. grin

See ehn... I just hope you guys can land my boy, Wesley Fofana. I rate that kid so highly. One of my favorite young CBs in the game today and easily one of the top young CBs in the world today behind De Ligt, Araujo, Kounde, Konate, Bastoni and co.

Just land Fofana then we can talk. wink

Hi FPL lovers,
I’m creating an invitational league where we can play against each other just for fun. No money attached.
As the fun of this game is in the bants, we’ll be having a WhatsApp group where we can have fun, poke fun at terrible losers and make good friends.
Chat me up on 0-7-0-66402029 if you’re interested in the H2H, Cup and Classic league to be added to the WhatsApp group and get the league codes.
You can also quote this message and drop your WhatsApp to be added.
Let’s have fun guys!
Let’s bants!
Another EPL season is upon us and no boring weekends again.
Cheers

Shown more consistency how? The way you just jump into a convo without any iota of facts to back up your stance.

Mikel was super consistent for Chelsea from 2006/07 till 2013/14. That's a whooping 8 seasons of consistency and he was a major player in all of Chelsea's triumphs in that era. It is only the 2014/15 season EPL triumph that can be said to not have Mikel as a key player even though he had 18 EPL appearances.
Even the 2015/16 season saw him play 25 games with 19 as starts before his Rio 2016 adventure saw him dropped by Conte for the 16/17 season for not refusing to rep Nigeria at the Olympics. 15/16 was Mikel's end at Chelsea.

In the Super Eagles, Mikel was almost always CONSISTENTLY among our top performers per game. Same cannot be said of Ndidi in the GWG based on same CONSISTENCY.

And in terms of all-round Defensive Solidity, Ndidi is not better than Mikel. You think Tackles and Interceptions are all that make up defensive Solidity? How about positional intelligence? The ability to cover passing lanes laterally and also offer defensive turnover passes to relieve pressures on your own defence? How about World Class press resistance?
How about those? Mikel had all of these in addition to the tackles, recoveries and interceptions Ndidi is mostly known for.

Also, Mikel's all time Tackle success rate % in the EPL is 78%. Ndidi's all time tackle success rate % stands at 62% so far.

So sorry, ain't no way is Ndidi more defensively solid than Mikel. Even Mikel is stronger... it seems Mikel's size and strength was lost on you during his playing days.

So My Son, be a good lad and go check what consistency means again.

The Mikel vs Spain CDM Masterclass is something Ndidi can only dream of. So wake up out of your delusions.

Wilfred Ndidi himself rated Mikel highly and said he primarily went to view center to watch only Mikel in Chelsea and Sunday Oliseh came up with a very myopic statement about Mikel,no wonder he is now coaching a regional club in Germany.

I watched Muda Lawal,Ademola Adeshina,Sunday Oliseh,Mikel Obi and now Ndidi, from my opinion Mikel was an old version of Muda Lawal who does it simple and I can say it anywhere that Oliseh was not better than mercurial Muda Lawal.

Fact remain that Mikel was the best midfield export from Nigeria cos wasn't easy playing for a very top club consistently for good ten years,

no be everybody sabi ball na cheesy
Both are different type of players. Mikel was an AM before conversion. Ndidi was DF before conversion. Mikel already mastered the art of passing as a youth before he was converted. Same cannot be said of Ndidi who was just a defender.

No be say only mugu. The guy Oliseh na the type wey believe dey knows it all....I remember Oliseh criticised Keshi at any given opportunity but Keshi maturity was a class.I remember Keshi said he hate joining issue with small boy who came into national team in 1993 after he made his debut in 1981.

Sunday Oliseh hate 2013 Afcon team and was ready to deal with them after he came in as eagles coach..Enyeama first casualty,Mikel next, benching him for one Onobi,Echiejele Elderson was ridiculed in training but fact remains Oliseh eagles was the worst,no direction,no tactics.

The next couple of ins and outs will give us a clearer picture.

You can't be too sure sha, time will tell. England team is very stacked, this one might just slip. Also depends on if he immediately kicks the ground running or not.

I don’t mention him often because I know he will be hard to get judging by his strong commitment and also an integral component of the English u21 team currently

Getting him will be a surprise to be honest. The one I know we can get with time is Tim irogbulem

He is an Irish youth teamer who just left derby for serie A side udinese. A versatile and pacy winger who can be deployed as a rb
