Philosopher1979:

Manchester United should use players from their academy and forget about the stars they have.
They should concentrate on team work and tactics. The kind of formation they want to use and how the players fit into the formation
players like iqbal, elanga will improve with time. The set of paul scholes and the like were academy players.
If they should buy players they should target players under 25 who want to work and are proud to be manu players.
All these stars will lead them to disaster with their lack of commitment.
Academy players is the way forward and they should instill discipline and team work on them
Man utd's problem is not lack of players. It is more of foundational and psychological. Like you said, Ten Hag should involve more academy players and clear out the agbayas. How Prof. Maguire and Jones are still playing for man Utd is beyond surprising. That Man utd squad need an overhaul. Only Sancho and Elanga should remain in the team. That Malaysia abi na Taiwan sef na panic buy. The guy does more of Atilogwu dances than play football.

has there been any NFF president who left/resumed office peacefully?

The thing just tire me...It appears to be a norm in every sport federation in the country.....If it isn't the factional bodies within the federation fighting each other,it is the ministry of sport trying to play kingmaker... This kind of thing cost our girls their hard earned ticket to the women basketball world cup ...

Nothingham forest about to outspend Barca at this transfer window with their 44 million bid for morgan Gibbs white of wolves ,while a certain real Betis that won a trophy in Spain had to sell Marc bartra to turkey just ti register players grin

The thing is that you won’t see epl media on this oooo ,a small sugar daddy club like nothingham can spend any amount ,but a fans owned club like Barca with so many assets ,and they are among the biggest club in history cannot spend without being questioned grin

I am sure we are gonna have someone who will do better

C mon Pinnick haven't done anything super to deserve 3rd term. We must not allow this precedence where NFF president go for 3rd terms because it may later come to hurt us in the future

TheSuperNerd broke it down for you, brother. Heatmap can be obscured by how possessive a team is.

Regarding Iwobi, eye test shows he isn't eager to join the attack but prefers effecting the game from deep. Even when he is player higher up the pitch.

That's eye test, sir, but I'll back it 100% with numbers.

I believe that you will come to grasp the good details revealed by heatmap.

It is important that you give your definition of an attacking phase, because there is a possibility that we have different views about it.

Good point LoneCitizen. But take into context that it is f**king Manchester City's Rodri. That team is almost always on the front foot against most teams (several of which are weaker than City) and Rodri's heatmap won't read that way much in some games against tougher and almost equally matched opposition.
Take the heatmap below... It is Rodri's as well vs Chelsea at the Bridge in 20/21. 3-1 win for City but Rodri didn't venture forward so much.

Meliforme, permit me to come in and say this. Citizen is right as regards you probably making use of a Better and more elaborate heatmap showing Iwobi's offensive propensity.. and you could easily reference heatmaps from 16/17, 17/18, 19/20 and last season as well.

In all, heatmaps aren't black and white. It still has subtle interpretations. One must consider the in-game phases throughout the 90mins or more.

There are certain things he is yet to make clear such as what he believes an attacking phase to be. Because that will determine the relevance of heatmaps.

He said he will give me the numbers that reveals Iwobi's reluctance to join the attack. I am waiting.
