*Balogun and QPR sit top of the Championship after 13 match rounds. Balogun on a quest to get EPL Football at 35? Time will tell.

*This was Balogun's 4th cleansheet in 7 league games (6 starts). 34 and still going strong.

Remember this report from his last game. He was splendid.

Well, Today he has his first QPR Goal. A Bullet Header from a Cornerkick (against a former side as well). A goal that keeps them Top of the League.

Man's still kicking on.

Good first Half for Alex Iwobi as the team's CAM. Showing why he looks just as Comfortable in the AM role as he is in a deeplying or Box-to-Box Midfield role.

6 G+A for Everton's last 8 goals across all competitions since August 23.

The Super Eagles will benefit immensely with a 3 man midfield having Pass-master and Visionary Iwobi as the CAM and another technically proficient Ballplaying Midfielder as CM and then a player at CDM who does the defensive part well and who's highly comfortable with the ball at his feet.

This way, the Super Eagles Midfield will dominate & dictate more games than some and never run out of pass-creating ideas.

Goal Awoniyi!
There are some things you don't see, brothers.

Taiwo did a lot of things well in this game that he couldn't do in his other games.

Don't watch the second half, as I was doing some work, In a Half, where the opponent constantly camped in your half of the field, you can't say he was having a great game,

Mind you I watch it too. And as I said earlier, that's my 2cents on the Half mark,

Glad he scored, let him keep scoring

Oga do4luv it was nottingham vs Liverpool or what do you think, mind you nottingham is not a possession team.If you really following the team this season then the first half performance should not be a surprise.

Some Context:

Iwobi now on 1 Goal, 6 assists in all competitions.

Alex Iwobi is now directly responsible for 7 out of Everton's last 10 goals across all competitions since his first direct goal involvement on August 23 vs Fleetwood Town in the league Cup.

The Major Life Force of the Everton team.

100% percent stand by this, brother.
Outside the box he's a 10/10.

But inside the box, for every good move he makes, there are 9 bad ones. 1/10.

There's a reason why all his goal contributions this season from outside the box.

You are WRONG. He played CAM today for the most parts and bagged 2 assists so what are you saying? So he must be in the 18yard box for every damn goal contribution?

You only keep saying these fallacies to push the rubbish claim you make that Iwobi cannot play AM.

So rest! You flunked this.

Suffers brain freeze in the box EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. indeed. grin

Spinning your own narratives, brother.

Never said he cannot play AM, said AM not a position that suits his qualities or accommodates his deficiencies.

You can quote your evidence.
